We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our ID Lance for his admirable work in not only designing our dream home but being a great person to work alongside. Throughout the renovation period, Lance has been a great help to us. Being first time home owners, we were clueless on the do’s and don’ts but Lance was always available to guide us along. He share his ideas, listen to our expectations, and most importantly provide a one-time service solution (this is so important to me). What’s best was he was never assertive while doing this. Truly grateful that our new home is ready as expected. It’s his passion to deliver which impress us. If he promise something, he really delivers it.
