My ID was Max and he has always been very responsive. Even though timeline was very tight as I had to move in before I gave birth, he managed to rush everything for us with little defects. There was little for us to worry as we left everything in his care until move in condition 😊 A year in after renovation today, he is still as responsive and help us readily when we encounter any issue.
