It’s our blessing to work with Vincent Chuah from Design 4 Space (TPY) for our recent renovation. He was able to establish a good rapport with us and gave us a sense of confidence that he could deliver quality work to our satisfaction. And true enough, he lived up to our expectation. Professional, responsible, responsive, friendly, helpful, thoughtful, good project management skill and extremely patient. Vincent is all of these and much more… Throughout our liaison, Vincent had been very professional. He gave good and practical advices to us and was never stingy in sharing insights from his vast experience. He was also prompt in replying our endless queries. I must admit I was rather fickle minded when it came to choosing the laminates for my carpentries. I couldn’t make up my mind and literally changed my previous decision each time we met up. Even my hubby cannot tahan me on this but Vincent merely laughed it off and assisted me in my selection AGAIN. Really thank him for his great patience with me. As with all renovations, there were bound to have some hiccups along the way. It didn’t help that we had a lot of variation orders and multiple changes here and there. Vincent was very accommodating and a problem solver. He always got the issues rectified timely. Due to our tight timeline, busy schedules and our laziness, we asked Vincent to recommend his contacts for everything and left all the coordination work to him. From aircon, lightings, curtain right down to painting, Vincent coordinated everything so it was relatively hassle free for us. He also went the extra miles for us in many other aspects. One such example was when we wanted to get someone to help us drill a hook on our carpentry wall to hang a display but no one dared to do it for fear of damaging the carpentry work. We asked Vincent for help and he did it for us personally without any hesitation. There were also minors imperfections that he pointed out to his teams for rectification when we didn’t even notice. We could tell that he took pride in delivering quality work and did his best to hand over our house on time. Ours was really a tight timeline as we wanted to move in before the lunar 7th month. We genuinely appreciate the extra effort that he took to make it happen. His team of electricians even worked till wee hours to ensure timely completion. Despite that, quality of work was not compromised. On this note, we would like to send our heartfelt thanks to Vincent and his teams of workers. We would highly recommend Vincent to anyone looking for a reliable ID. He’s simply awesome. Vincent, kudos to you and your teams for doing a great job. You’re such a rare gem in this industry.
