The contractor did an excellent job in planning, coordination, and execution. He effectively used a 3-D diagram to explain how the house would look after the renovation, which was very helpful.
Additionally, the contractor completed the renovation ahead of schedule at a very reasonable cost. We also requested some minor patchwork after the renovation, which he completed at no extra charge.
Above all, he is a true gentleman, and his response time is impressively fast.
