We entrusted our home renovation to Justin Ong who did an amazing job managing the entire project. As such, it gives us great pleasure to share this testimony as a sign of heartfelt appreciation and gratitude.

He was able to use his wealth of experience to propose an initial design that was both stylish and practical, yet at the same time incorporating features or smart home elements that we specifically requested for. He gave us plenty of room for creative input during the process and demonstrated a high level of adaptability when we wanted to implement new ideas or make changes based on perceived feasibility.

Despite both our busy schedules, Justin was always responsive during our communications and was able to promptly weave in appropriate sessions for the contractors to commence works. As expected, the quality of materials and craftsmanship was also excellent.

Above all else, we would say that Justin’s penchant to go the extra mile is what defines him as an exceptional ID. While no project is completely smooth sailing, he manages to rectify them swiftly and on one occasion, even came down personally just to install a single window grill handle. There were also certain touch ups or add ons that he arranged for us at no additional cost, just to ensure that there were no loose ends before the final handover.

We will definitely recommend Justin and would once again like to thank him and Design 4 Space for transforming our apartment into our dream home.
