Our experience with Jayden Cheong from design 4 space was a very pleasant one. You can tell he is an experienced ID. He gives clever suggestions and tries to accommodate to our requirements.
For example, our kitchen original design has many angular corners and due to space constraint the previous owner had to place the washing machine in the bathroom. We told Jayden we wanted an island in the kitchen. To our pleasant surprise, Jayden is able to draft out a design that allows us to have everything within the kitchen area and does not look cluttered.
