We just moved into our new house recently and we were pleased with how the renovation had turned out. Our ID was Terence Sin from Design 4 Space. We starting sourcing around for a good ID last October and we met up with several IDs to listen to their ideas and proposals but finally we decided on Terence because we liked his design most and at the same time, he conducted the initial meetings in the most professional manner amongst all the IDs whom we met. The renovation work took slightly over 3 months. Though it was made more challenging amid the Covid-19 pandemic which saw some restrictions imposed in terms of the various Safe Management Measures , Terence managed the entire project well without much delay to the agreed handover date. During the renovation project, Terence maintained high level of professionalism at all times. He was attentive to details, always patient and responsive even after office hours and on weekends. To help save costs for us, he had even gone online to source and order the lightings for us when he had no obligations to do so. He went the extra mile to ensure that all our requests are met. We are very happy that we finally got our dream house – thanks to Terence and his team! 🙂
