Nic had impressed us early on with his creativity and his keen sense to details about what the customer needs and their preferences. He not only listened to us but was able to integrate his ideas well with our preferences. In addition, during the renovation period, he kept us updated and was also quick to provide solutions whenever we hit a roadblock.
