My husband and I would like to thank Terence Sin (Design 4 Space at Paya Lebar Branch) and his team for creating our dream home. Terence has been very patient, organized and super responsive (even during off hours). We also appreciate his regular video/progress updates during the renovation, close follow up on defect rectification and recommendations on how to further beautify the house. Thank you, Terence!
Design
The proposed design took our preferences into consideration. The bathroom design is especially gorgeous and feel luxurious!
The outcome is what we had visualized and intended for.
Workmanship
Hiccups and defects are not uncommon in any renovation process, and he always makes sure our concerns are addressed to his best ability.
Service
Super responsive, organized and patient. The regular video updates during renovation were especially helpful to keep us informed of the progress. Great follow up services too!
Value for Money
Honestly, we did not really look around or compare quotes. We chose Design 4 Space because of the company reputation and we were glad that they have assigned Terence to us. With the reliability and excellent services – yes, the money is well spent.
