Our working relationship with Vim was beyond words.

Throughout the renovation process, from brain storming of ideas to sourcing of materials and actual works; Vim offered us professional advice despite our opinions differ at times. She was very responsive to queries and transparent when it comes to finances. Most importantly, whenever the budget doesn’t work out, she would always seek alternatives to resolve the issue.

As this is our first home, she was extremely patient in walking us through some of the ideas, explaining to us the pros and cons with certain choices.

In addition, Vim is always consistently updating us on the progress and supplied pictures of the on-going works to keep us in the loop.

She has gone the extra mile on several occasions, including responding to our queries over weekend and even travel a long way from the East to the North just to ensure the ongoing works are in order.

Our friends & relatives were full of compliments when they came over for visits.
We would like to thank Vim for her professionalism and kind help during this period. We are confident that she will continue to deliver outstanding results in the near future.

Last but not the least, we are not just client-iD relationship.. We are awesome friends too. Once again, Thank you for giving us such a beautiful & cozy nest.
