This is my 1st time engaging an ID. I decided to renovate my HDB 4 rooms flat of more than 20+ years. I have done some research and gone through the various review of all the ID firms for a year before finally deciding on Design 4 Space. After observing many good reviews on Shermin Lee from Tradehub 21 Branch, I decided to engage her services. A decision I have never regrets.
Infact, she is the only ID we have sought after. We did not look for other ID firms to do a comparison. We ended up renovating the entire house(HDB 4 rooms) and let her decides on most of the conceptual designs and colour theme as we don’t have much idea of what we want. The end result far exceeded our expectation and my daughters love their rooms design very much. Overall, the renovation proceeded smoothly as per schedule and is able to complete within 2 to 3 months despite the COVID situation. Quote was reasonable and quality is good. Of course there are hiccups along the way but Shermin helps to rectify it expeditiously. Many thanks to Shermin and her teams for a job well done.
