Generally we had a good experience working with Terence Sin
Carpentry was a good standout point – it does feel better than the average contractor in terms of the workmanship
Execution of kitchen layout went to plan – we wanted a dry and wet kitchen in a limited space and it was a good design
No issues with plumbing or piping after handover
Good value for money – we felt the BTO package was good and affordable (we are first time homeowners)
Process management – Terence helped to coordinate our purchases which was a value-add service
Items to improve upon – communication could have been a bit better (we did not understand some of the drawings which were important for the actual fabrication of items – could have marked out which item is which on the drawing)
Design
Good design – impressed with kitchen layout. We were able to partition our kitchen to have a wet and dry element in a limited space. TV feature wall is impressive and generally the overall design is quite nice
Workmanship
Happy with the level of workmanship – feels quite sturdy and can last. Wardrobes sliding doors were smooth and better than expected
Service
Communication could have been better at times – we did not fully understand some of the drawings which were important for fabrication and this resulted in some of the items being missing / not fabricated a few days before handover – scramble to get things done at the end
Value for Money
We were happy with the design and workmanship for the price we paid (BTO package). We would feel comfortable recommending this BTO package
