“HDB Renovation with Edmund from Design 4 Space”
I was excited to get the keys to my new HDB flat on September 18th, and then I started to get busy with the decoration work. We chose the decoration design before we got the keys – Edmund Lee from Design 4 Space – a very attentive and quality-assured ID. Since July, we have been actively communicating and planning related designs, and he has taken the trouble to listen to my opinions and polishing the plan, continuously optimising and very reassuring about delivering quality work by his team.
During the decoration, he always thought about us and provided various pitfall avoidance guides so that the money was spent wisely. I have very high requirements for construction, and I often even modify the design plan temporarily after the decoration starts. However, my ID is very patient and will listen to our ideas and provide corresponding more effective solutions until we are satisfied. Sure enough, the house lived up to our expectations. The house was completed on schedule. The highly skilled carpentry work was impeccable. In other aspects, the flooring, toilets, paint, and electricians were all very good, allowing us to live in a warm and comfortable home with peace of mind.
Design
The design that Edmund provided was in line with what we had in mind and he was very patient and gave useful suggestions along the way.
Workmanship
The workmanship were mostly decent, the outstanding personnel would have to be carpenter who was extremely skilled in his work.
Service
Edmund was extremely patient and provided effective communication throughout the few months of renovation. He provided tips and was very helpful throughout the whole journey of planning and execution of the renovation.
Value for Money
Edmund always sought to provide quality at the lowest price and never cut corners or purposely chose more expensive methods just to charge more.
