Excellent ID and smooth renovation journey
G H Tee was the ID for my home renovation project. I chose him as the ID after meeting with several other designers from other interior design companies.
Tee is a professional and meticulous designer. After the first meeting, he sent me a very detailed quotation, listing down all the items that we had discussed during the meeting. This impressed me because the other designers that I had met sent me quotations with many missing items.
Tee was also very prompt in replying messages even before I officially engaged him as the designer for my home renovation project. The other designers took ages to reply to my messages.
Tee is very good in time management . He coordinated all aspects of the home renovation very well and there was no delay throughout the whole renovation process. He visited the work site a few times in a week, almost on a daily basis. He kept me updated regularly with photos of the completed work.
Tee listened very patiently to all my queries and opinions. He explained patiently how some things were constructed. He is open to opinions and I felt comfortable discussing with him my ideas.
Tee provided detailed drawings of all the carpentry work and the plan for the electrical work. I find these very useful and essential as I know exactly how the carpentry items will look like.
There was no hidden cost added during the renovation process. All the items and cost were listed down clearly in the quotation.
The renovation project went very smoothly and was completed in 11 weeks. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tee and his team of workers and craftsmen for their hard work and effort.
